At 77Steel, we utilize the SS3015CP Fiber Laser Cutting Machine from Stealth Machine Tools, equipped with one of the most advanced fiber lasers on the market. The SS3015CP carries up to 8000W laser power, allowing it to cut through thick plates. The machine’s power is backed by an advanced cutting head which returns focus quickly, resulting in seamless and accurate cutting.

FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE

Our 4-axis CNC Press Brake from Stealth Machine tools has 125 tons of pressing capacity and is equipped with delirium control systems. This powerful tool allows us to create precise, smooth bends in a variety materials.

SAM HICKS | VETERAN | OWNER / OPERATOR

Born and raised in Hartwell GA. I set out to build this company into one that focused on quality and customer service. My metal working skills started developing at a young age with me and my Dad restoring old cars and building race cars.

Then over the following 25 or so years I continued to develop my skills by serving in the Navy, working on Nascar teams, production welding for companies like Ezgo golfcart – BMW, and a couple different independent fabrication shops.

When I started 77Steel in 2016, we focused on the restaurant industry. Mainly working with stainless steel and mild steel. Building dish washer tables, food preparation areas, exhaust hoods and ductwork etc…

Since then we have grown to serving multiple different industries but will always maintain the same values as day 1 - excellent quality, excellent service.
